Application for Cornerstone Membership

Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Cooperative! The next steps in our process are completing a background check and pastor recommendation form. If your application moves forward in the process, your family will receive a phone call to schedule a family interview.

If your family is approved for membership, you will be invoiced the $30 annual membership fee. Our membership fee covers the 2025-2026 academic year and is officially in effect from June 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026, regardless of your approval date. This fee is neither prorated nor refundable. A $60 semester fee will be due prior to class registration. Lastly, cass fees are payable to each teacher after registration and before classes begin.

22. Cornerstone Cooperative is a faith based Christian homeschool co-op whose main focus is to build godly character and a firm foundation in Christ through community. We believe that Christian parents have the privilege and responsibility to raise their children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord. We believe that this responsibility and privilege is one that can be shared among all Cornerstone members during co-op classes, events and functions. We expect all members to agree to and uphold the biblical values that Cornerstone Cooperative is founded on, as outlined in our Statement of Faith.
