Application for Cornerstone Membership

Thank you for your interest in Cornerstone Cooperative!  The next steps in our application process are completing a background check and pastoral recommendation form.  If we do not receive your background check or pastoral reference within two weeks after you sumbit your application, your application will be dismissed. 

If your application moves forward in the process, your family will be contacted to schedule a family interview. 

If your family is approved for membership, you will be invoiced the $35 annual membership fee. This membership fee covers the 2026–2027 academic year and is in effect from June 1, 2026, through May 31, 2027, regardless of your approval date. Please note that this fee is not prorated and is non-refundable.

A $65 semester fee will be due prior to class registration. Lastly, class fees are payable directly to each teacher after registration and before classes begin.
